How can I buy your products?

Kim Jarrett Beauty is currently a direct-to-consumer brand that is offered from our website


Do you have any stores?

Kim Jarrett Beauty does not have any free-standing stores


For International customers (outside U.S.A) am I responsible for paying customs and taxes?

Items shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Kim Jarrett Beauty

Kim Jarrett Beauty is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from any parcel company to any local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order

I live in Turkey. Why am I unable to order from Kim Jarrett Beauty?

Our apologies, but Turkey has placed a ban on the import of all cosmetics products, so Kim Jarret Beauty are unable to ship any products to Turkey


How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

For customer service inquires please E-mail We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours Monday – Friday. We may get back to you on the weekend if time warrants. If not, we will respond to you on the next business day.  Please note a longer response time may be extended during observed holidays, during and immediately after launches. 


How often do you restock?

Kim Jarrett Beauty restock dates vary depending on product availability


Do your offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, from time to time we will offer discounts and promotions. Make sure to sign up for our email to receive news on special offers. Promotional codes will be offered on Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms so be on the lookout


Do you ever do giveaways?

When we plan on running official giveaways, we will make an announcement on as well as on Kim Jarrett beauty social channels


I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours or longer to receive due to high demand. In the event that you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after the 24-hour grace period by contacting us at with your inquiry. 


Do you offer returns?

No. All sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged or missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip


What type of payment is accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Diners Club. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final


Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final


What does pre-order mean?

At Kim Jarrett Beauty, you can reserve items from upcoming collections before they sell out. Each pre-order item is assigned a pre-order date, which represents the time the item is expected to ship.


How do I pre-order an item?

All items eligible for pre-order are marked as ‘PRE-ORDER’ on You can simply add a pre-order item to your cart just like any other item and proceed to checkout. It is required to provide a payment method to place a pre-order . Please make sure your card does not expire between the time you place your order and the time your item is expected to ship.


When will my pre-order arrive?

We will ship your pre-order as soon as it becomes available. Once each item ships, we will send you an email with the tracking details so you can know when it’s expected to arrive.  


Can I change the color or size of a pre-order item?

If you would like to make changes to the color or size of a pre-order item, you will need contact our customer service team and we will assist you in canceling the item from your original order and process a new order for the new color or size. 


Can I return a pre-order?

No. All sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged or missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip. For all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition and established proof of purchase is required. Contact our customer service team so we can assist you further.

Will I be notified if the pre-order date changes?

Yes, you will receive an email notifying you if the pre-order date changes, or if the pre-order was canceled all together.


Can I pre-order more than one item at a time?

You can pre-order as many items as you want. Each item will have it’s own pre-order date and will be shipped to you once it’s available.


Can I change the shipping address for my pre-order?

If you would like to change the shipping address of your pre-order, you will need to cancel your order and process a new order with the correct mailing address. If you need assistance with processing this change, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you. 

Why was my pre-order cancelled?

Unfortunately, due to items no longer being available from time to time, we may not be able to fulfill your pre-order item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In these cases, we’ll email you to let you know that we’ve cancelled your pre-order. Your account won’t be charged if your pre-order was cancelled. In the event that you were charge a full refund will be credited to your original payment.


What does "Clean Beauty" mean?

"Clean Beauty" has numerous definitions behind the term. For our interpretation of what clean means to Kim Jarrett Beauty please see our Clean Beauty section on our website

Are your products and brand cruelty-free?

Yes, Kim Jarrett Beauty does not test on animals and ensures all our suppliers are on board with our beliefs and abide by the laws which has banned animal testing 


Are your products natural?

While Kim Jarrett Beauty is a clean brand it is not a natural products brand. Meaning, we will infuse natural ingredients when possible. Our formula does has a blend of natural elements combine with clean science


Are your products vegan?

Kim Jarrett Beauty is cruelty free and will never test on animals. Majority of our products are vegan. We will be transparent and list our vegan offerings. Rest assure every vegan product is called out on our product page and you can read about our ingredients under each product listed. 

Any ingredient that is deemed harmful or has questionable or has inconclusive safety data will be avoided.  There are currently, to date 1300 ingredients banned from being used in cosmetics. To get better acclimated with the use of animal derived ingredients in cosmetics below is our Ingredient Caution List: Aluminum Salts, BHA, BHT, Coal Tar, Cyclic Silicones, DEA, EDTA, ETA, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Donors, Grain Proteins, Hydroquinone, MEA, Mineral Oil, Nano TiO2, Nano ZnO2, Oxybenzone, Parabens, Paraffin Wax, PEG’s, Petrolatum, Phenoxyethanol, Phthalates, Plastic Mirrobeads, Retinyl Palmitate, Sulfates: SLS/SLES, Synthetic Fragrances, Synthetic Flavors, TEA, Triclosan, Triclocarban

In addition to the Ingredients Caution List below are other ingredients that are monitored to ensure Kim Jarrett Beauty is formulating with a safe and responsible manner: Alcohols, Allergens, Animal derived Ingredients, Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), Palm Oil, Silicones (Linear) and Talc


Is your packaging recyclable?

One of our missions at Kim Jarrett Beauty is to stay committed to making ethical and earth friendly choices whenever possible by preserving the planet we live on; we are focused on creating sustainable materials used for our products. All of our materials are 100% recyclable and we use recycled materials whenever possible and minimal to no plastic. We are constantly improving upon our sustainable practices in order to use post-consumer materials. We will always be committed to improving our sustainable practices and doing what we know is best for the environment and our customers. Within our message to our customers we strongly encourage the practice to recycle, reuse and reduce our carbon footprint as best we can
